Harvest Cleaning Co. isn’t just a cleaning company. It’s a way to turn everyday work into real opportunity.

Why we exist

Lots of capable, hardworking people struggle to find a job that fits them. Neurodiverse people, people with disability, and parents doing it tough often get passed over. They don’t lack ability. Most workplaces just aren’t set up for them.

We set ours up differently. We work in small teams with clear routines, visual checklists and a supervisor who has your back. People get properly paid work, build skills and confidence, and do a job they can be proud of.

The harvest is plentiful

Our name comes from Jesus’ words that the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. We believe there’s good work to be done and good people ready to do it. Our job is to bring them together.

• Fair wages for our cleaners, paid under the award

Harvest Cleaning Co. is part of the Mount of Olives Foundation, a registered Australian charity on the Sunshine Coast. Guided by faith and a heart for our community, the Foundation runs programs that support families doing it tough and create opportunities for people who are often overlooked. Every dollar our cleaning service earns helps fund that work. When you clean with us, you’re part of it.
